Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Otter Cleaning Services! By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which outline our service policies, your responsibilities, and the expectations for a smooth experience. 1. Services Offered We provide a range of professional cleaning services including: Basic Maintenance, Standard, Deep Cleaning Move-in/Move-out, Eco-Friendly, Short-Term Rental, and Office Cleaning Optional add-ons like oven or fridge cleaning available based on package 2. Booking & Payment Book online at ottercleaning.com or by phone A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment The remaining balance is due immediately after service completion We accept Credit/Debit, Zelle, and Bank Deposit Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees; last-minute cancellations or no access may incur a 50% charge 3. Subscription Plans Recurring service options available (weekly or biweekly) for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. 4. Customer Responsibilities Ensure timely, safe access to the property Maintain a safe, cleanable environment; services may be refused for unsafe or extreme conditions If fridge cleaning is booked, remove food in advance 5. Service Limitations We do not clean biohazards, use ladders, or perform tasks requiring unsafe access. Some deep clean extras may cost more, discussed beforehand. 6. Rescheduling You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours may incur a fee. 7. Liability Notify us of any damage or breakage within 24 hours We aim for 100% satisfaction—contact us within 24 hours if something isn’t right Our liability excludes indirect or incidental damages 8. Privacy We only collect essential personal information and protect it as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 9. Service Termination We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for: Non-payment Unsafe or hostile environments Misleading information 10.
